MARKET BASED INSTRUMENTS

Comprise the income generating activities of the Lands Management Bureau such as the issuance of Free Patents,  Homestead Patents,  Miscellaneous Sales Patents,   Lease and Sale of  Patrimonial  Properties   of the Government, 

It also includes the issuance of certification as to the status of lots or lands. Cadastral surveys and lot surveys which are indispensable requirements before the issuance of Patents where the claimants are obliged to shoulder a portion of the total costs, (Proportionate cadastral cost) are also considered as market based instruments of the Lands Sector.
